The Design Process

  1. Submit Brief via email detailing your requirements, must include desired sizing, style, format and timelines for submission

  2. Discovery call to agree the brief is understood

  3. Quote produced detailing scope of work, timelines, costs and conditions

  4. Concept sketches produced for client approval in order to solidify creative direction

  5. Agreement of quote and concept over contract. Any changes requested outside of this scope may attract an additional cost to be set at the time

  6. 50% payment upfront and 50% payment on completion. Please note the upfront payment is non-refundable and no work will advance prior the receipt of this payment

  7. Adhoc progress check-ins will be scheduled to review work over web conferencing
